Management Services - Standard Maintenance
We are extremely aware of our commitments to owners and their rentals, and in this regard we provide permanent
staff who work all the year round to keep swimming pools and all landscaped areas including paths and roads in a
condition worthy of the image of the Country Club.

Swimming Pools
Checks within the terms of our services are kept on all the villa pools
and our main outdoor pool, as well as our indoor pool when appropriate.
We also ensure that the tiled areas surrounding the pools are inspected
and kept clean.
Gardens
First impressions are important, and within the terms of our services to our
owners we have a dedicated team who look after the grass and plants
in the gardens of our villas.
Green Areas
Again, first impressions are important, and within the terms of our
services to our owners we have a dedicated team looking after
what might be better termed as “the communal areas”.
Playing Areas
All the areas are inspected to make sure that they are safe
for playing on. We also ensure that they are kept as clean as
possible.
Roads, Paths, and Street Lighting
Our dedicated staff keeps the roads and
pathways clean and if any lights need to be replaced our
nightwatchmen notifies us.
Stairs, Stairwells and Landings
Our dedicated staff keeps these areas clean and if any lights
need to be replaced our nightwatchmen notifies us.
Security
During the day, our staff are instructed to be vigilant in
checking for unauthorised persons within the complex
and during the night our watchmen similarly keep a check.
Included in this package will be the provision of a nightwatchman service who will carry out regular patrols watching for intruders and fires. We do advise our owners to supplement this service with their own burglar alarms and smoke alarms.
