    These Services are based on “Bronze”, “Silver” and “Gold” packages and are aimed primarily at those owners who require our assistance during their periods of absence from the Club.

    Bronze Package


    • Weekly inspection of the property to check for unwanted water entry, to
      air the property, check that there are no plumbing leaks, and that
      there are no infestations.

    • Weekly check on the drainage systems and to keep them sweet odour free by   running water through them.

    • Weekly check the operation of burglar alarms, smoke alarms and carbon   monoxide detectors if fitted.

    • Weekly check of air-conditioning and heating systems if fitted.

    • Monthly email reports and immediate email reports on any adverse findings.


    Silver Package


    • All items in the Bronze package.

    • Weekly inspection of property cleanliness and internal floors
      cleaned out as required.

    • Engineer to clean out air conditioning units twice a year, once at the
      beginning of the summer season and once at the end of the summer season.

    • Weekly check internal and external walls for damage and touch up
      marked paintwork as necessary.

    • Check for broken tiles and arrange replacement.

    • Air conditioning unit maintenance as per newsletter 008/10.

    Gold Package


    • All items in the Silver Package.

    • Maid service, which includes weekly change of towels and linen during rentals.

    • Weekly internal property clean during rentals.

    • Weekly clean of windows and floors during rentals.

    • Weekly toilet and kitchen clean during rentals.

    • Pre-rental Inspection service checking fixtures and fitting.

    • Inventory Check with rentals on arrival and on departure, report emailed.

    • Welcome pack which consists of teabags, coffee, bottled water, sugar, milk,
      and some fruit.

    • Reception arrangements including Airport Transfer if required.
