    1. Accommodation will not normally be available any earlier than 2pm on date of arrival.
    2. Accommodation must be vacated not later than midday on date of departure.
    3. Outside of these times, please check with reception for any special arrangements, either by email or in person.
    4. The deposit secures the booking dates, and it is refunded on the departure date minus any deductions for damage or for extra cleaning.
