Ceylan Country Club is a unique complex where the owners of luxury apartments and villas offer their fully furnished properties for short or long term rental, all the year round.
It is set amongst stunning mountain and valley views where discerning holiday makers can choose to relax either by their own swimming
pool when renting a villa or by the main pool when renting an apartment.
Club Facilities
Book in at reception and enjoy our facilities which include
basketball, tennis, crazy golf, and bowling, or why not enjoy
our Sauna/Turkish baths, and Gymnasium.
Shops include a mini-market, hairdressers, sports shop and
beauty therapist. And for those who simply want to relax,
why not enjoy a swim in the main pool surrounded by
mountain views with the Poolside Bar providing drinks and
snacks. For the more discerning palate there is the terraced
restaurant with a variety of cuisine prepared and served making
an unforgettable experience.
External Facilities
The club is in the midst of
planning and constructing a
track for mountain biking and
in addition we are planning to
have horse riding and perhaps
rafting in the river which runs
nearby
Excursions
With so much to see in the surrounding area
we will be delighted to organise jeep safaris,
visits to famous ancient sites, white water
rafting, paragliding, scuba diving, all day boat
trips, visits to near-by world famous beaches at
Patara and Olu Deniz, excursions to the salt lakes at
Pamukkale and to the second longest gorge in
Europe at Saklikent.
Management Services
Ceylan Country Club is no ordinary complex
as our staff undergo continuous training in
all their duties. Additionally, our staff are
permanently employed as we are open all
the year round.
Standard Maintenance
Our staff are employed to look after all the gardens,
stairwells, landings, the green communal areas,
playing areas, swimming pools, roads, paths and
street lighting. They are empowered to check that
only validated staff and clientele are allowed into the
complex, and night watchmen carry out regular patrols.
Property & Rental Maintenance
We offer our owners a choice of bronze, silver and gold packages.
The latter package includes the all the benefits of the former ones,
but is geared towards ensuring our holiday makers are made to feel
at home in their accommodation throughout their stay with us.
We nearly forgot to mention the provision of “Welcome Packs”
Financial Services
We offer our owners all manner of
financial services including buildings and
contents insurance, arranging payment of individual
water, electric and community charges, arranging
tax registration, and also arranging property repairs
including heating, plumbing, satellite, internet
facilities, electrics, and furniture repairs.
